Staff basically ignored me the entire time I was there.
Didn’t have the product that I order from their website, online(that said was in stock). I called numerous times and talked to someone twice. It was a frustrating process but they did refund my credit card and offered a premium replace (which would have been over twice the cost) … I respectfully declined. 4 stars because they went and above and beyond to correct their mistake. Genuinely appreciate their last efforts. Thank you and we will keep POCO saved for future purchases!
Didn’t have the product that I order from there from their website, online. I called numerous times and talked to someone twice. Neither individual would provide their name. Also declined to refund my purchase that I waited a month to receive(but I never did). Gave me two replacement options, that were not only three times the price, but not compatible with my device. Ended up having to file a credit card dispute. What a messing joke.
