I wouldn't order online. States it's in stock, and isn't. Can't get anyone on the phone on any of their three locals. They promptly respond to emails thou but in my case only to confirm it's not in stock and will be there on such and such a date instead. I didn't want these prawn lines to arrive after I depart for the Island on my holidays so I cancelled via PayPal out of caution and ordered through Amazon instead.
Excellent service and fast communication. The team at Poco Marine was very helpful throughout the process and answered all my questions professionally. The product arrived as expected and the overall experience was outstanding. I look forward to working with them again on future composite manufacturing projects.
Not sure what is happening over there....No answer despite repeated calls, an online form filled out and emails bounce back undeliverable. I ordered a jacket and it arrived with a broken zipper. Now, I cannot get in touch with anyone at Poco Marine. I will update this post if customer service reaches out to me. part 2 - finally got an email reply and I will ship the jacket back at my cost and they will refund the jacket price. address on their website is listed as unit 110, address on Google is unit 1110. dont buy. Horrible customer services. impossible to join them. In years i never seen such a bad company !
One of my worst online purchase experiences ever. Purchased a fish finder from their website and they didn't even have any in stock. Trying to contact then via phone or email was a nightmare. Had to open a PayPal dispute to get my refund. Would not recommend.
