First time buyer. I found a product i was looking for through the poco website. Ordering the product was easy and straight forward. Pricing was also 25% better than the manufacturer website for the same product. What really impressed me was the customer service. I made an error ordering the wrong colour (100% my mistake). I sent them an email explaining the error and asked if i could switch colours. Within the hour they had responded to my email, resolved my mistake and helped me out. Ordered online with them almost 6 months ago in December for a Christmas present. Every month I had not received my order I called to check & was told “only a week or so” finally, a month ago I got tired of waiting. I asked for a refund which never came. Since then I have called 3 more times to which I STILL have not received my refund. Seems like a scam. Order with cation.
