Beware guys — please make sure you get everything in writing before using Pockets Plumbing. In my experience, the verbal quote was very different from the final invoice. After the job was finished, additional charges were added for fittings, labour, and GST that were never clearly explained beforehand. My recommendation is to always ask for a written quote or confirmation by text/email before approving any repair or installation work. Otherwise, you may end up paying much more than expected. I recently had my hot water system installed ( Norbel park) by Pocket Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The team was professional, punctual, and very efficient from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and made sure the installation was done to a high standard.
