Late delivery, zero customer service.
Used to be great and I used them for many years. But recently they closed their location in Winnipeg and it’s not clear on how to order, no one responds, very frustrating!
Edit: The manager reached out to me right after I posted this, which i am grateful they did. I dislike giving negative reviews and having them finally respond to that. I hope that they work on the response times from all angels. It used to be phenomenal, now the moved out of Manitoba, won't bill to pharmacare and will not pick up their phone to answer customer service, other pharmacies. This is extremely frustrating. I have left voicemails, stayed on the phone for a long time waiting. What are you even doing?
Changed from 5 stars will update if they get better. They used to be great but lately are just weird. Their app is clumsy and buggy as all hell now, it often creates double orders. Next up they are closing the Manitoba location, I guess someone figured they could make a few more dollars a month by transferring everything to Ontario.
