All I ever have is issues with this company. Several times they've charged my card for full out of pocket amounts even though I have 90% coverage and direct billing. Each time I have called them and they tell me I'm not eligible and to call my insurance provider. Insurance provider have then told me that the pharmacy is BILLING IT WRONG. So I have to call them back and tell them how to do their jobs.. Very easy to work with, and they go out of their way to help your needs.
Pocketpills is efficient and convenient. I have no complaints after 2 years of using them to get multiple prescriptions both on a regular or one-time basis.
