We have used Pocket Plumbing on several occasions. Always fair price, excellent service and quality work. Have used them to install toilets, dishwasher, faucet and hot water heater. They have also repaired plumbing leaks for us. We highly recommend Pocket Plumbing!
Horrible!! I called this plumbing company to request a simple estimate and was honestly shocked by how rude and unprofessional the interaction was. From the moment the conversation started, the plumber had a very dismissive and condescending attitude. Instead of answering my questions clearly, he seemed irritated that I was even asking for details about the estimate. First time using Pocket Plumbing but will not be my last! Had a faucet knob break off in my hand on a Sunday morning and I reached out sending a text and picture, knowing they were closed. Got a response first thing Monday morning with an appointment option for same day. Charles arrived right at the appointment time and explained my options with reasonable quotes! He was respectful of me and my property, he worked quickly, and was well worth his fair prices! Everything looks and works great! Thank you so much Charles!!!
