Used Pocket Plumbing for the first time today, to clear some pipes on a leaking washer and a bathtub that wasn’t draining properly. PP sent David out, and he was not only thorough and efficient, but was truly a delightful person with whom to work. While my mother and I are by no means plumbing savants, David inspired confidence that he was competent and ethical, and he was. Felt the price was right and I’m listening to a load of laundry going through the cycles right now.

Charles completed the quote in person and gave a competitive, but fair and reasonable price. For reference, he came in at about the middle of the handful of quotes I had.
