Horrible!! I called this plumbing company to request a simple estimate and was honestly shocked by how rude and unprofessional the interaction was. From the moment the conversation started, the plumber had a very dismissive and condescending attitude. First time using Pocket Plumbing but will not be my last! Had a faucet knob break off in my hand on a Sunday morning and I reached out sending a text and picture, knowing they were closed. Got a response first thing Monday morning with an appointment option for same day. Charles arrived right at the appointment time and explained my options with reasonable quotes! He was respectful of me and my property, he worked quickly, and was well worth his fair prices! Everything looks and works great! Thank you so much Charles!!!

Used Pocket Plumbing for the first time today, to clear some pipes on a leaking washer and a bathtub that wasn’t draining properly. PP sent David out, and he was not only thorough and efficient, but was truly a delightful person with whom to work. While my mother and I are by no means plumbing savants, David inspired confidence that he was competent and ethical, and he was. Felt the price was right and I’m listening to a load of laundry going through the cycles right now.
