30 Addiscombe Grove : I believe I have made a good choice by purchasing an apartment in Croydon, as both the flat and the area have exceeded my expectations. It's worth noting that the building is a prototype, and there are some minor issues depending on the location of the flat. Overall, it offers good value for money. Additionally, Paul, the representative, is a very helpful person.
