Excellent service and an amazing haircut.
I found myself in the same spot as some of the other negative reviewers. This Pocho character has some ego. It’s Pocho’s world and we’re just living in it. My appointment was at 340pm. I show up and told that I’m too late?? I showed up at 340pm but said I should have been early. Unacceptable. I’m not sure how anyone could put up with this. Then at 3:40 I get a text that I owe $10 for being a no show. And this is why I cut my own hair. It should be just an afterthought. You’d think you were hiring a brain surgeon.
