Setting up a rental unit online at Pocatello Storage in Chubbuck was so easy. I wish other places did it like that. The unit sizes and availability were immediately available and clearly stated on their website. And so was the pricing and minimal deposit. Texting with Bryce was a breeze and he was very responsive. The lot was easy to access and the unit was clean. I couldn't ask for a more simple and affordable way to rent a storage unit. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know.

If you are looking for a storage facility where you don’t have to worry about break-ins or rodent issues, Pocatello Storage is it! I’ve been using them since about 2023 and have never once worried about my belongings being stolen or damaged. Even while living out of state, my mind was completely at ease. If I ever move back to the area I will absolutely use them again. Thank you Pocatello Storage for taking such great care of your customers and maintaining a clean facility!❤
