I ordered shoes from them a year ago. Went in several times and kept getting the brush off with “we’ll call you when they come in.” They still have not called. I’m thinking my shoes aren’t coming!!!! Good thing I bought somewhere else. I SO wanted to support local, small business but my experience was totally unacceptable!! I’m not an avid runner but appreciate quality shoes. Guess I wasn’t in their “loop” to get better service.
Personal service at its best! As a new runner I didn't need to worry about getting the right shoe! Brian is thoughtful, patient, and knows his stuff! What a great experience!
I went in to buy a couple pair of shoes. one pair for running and one pair for work. I was there for around 20 minutes and was completely ignored. I got the initial hello and that was it. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
Brian is awesome. And honest. He knows his stuff and will tell you how it is. When looking for something that rides well on the road, or trail, he will take the time to help you find the right fit.
Brian knows his stuff! Ask him anything he is selling and he will be able to help you. Unique in Pocatello and highly recommended for anyone who's at least slightly interested in sporting and cares about quality products.
