Great experience overall! A very knowledgeable PA was in charge of my wife’s care. She did a phenomenal job of explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. I couldn’t ask for more from a medical provider. Definitely the best ENT clinic in Pocatello.
I came to this office on recommendation of my pediatrician. Me and my 2 year old waited for 65 minutes to be seen. When we finally got to meet with the PA (not even the dr), she talked to us for 3 minutes. We paid our “specialist” copay to meet with the PA for 3 minutes. Also when I asked about payment on the surgery they recommended they gave me a list of people to call to get that price. I can get better medical care at the Animal hospital than what Dr McGee provides. He is so rude to deal with, he didn’t even finish answering my husbands and I’s questions about why our 1.5 year old daughter suffered so much pain and trauma from her tonsillectomy, he simply just walked out of the room and went to hide around the corner. Dr McGee is a JERK he told my daughter today she was lying about her ear bothering her and faking her hearing loss. She has been suffering from muffled sounds in one of her ears.. it’s unexplained. So her dr referred us to him. He degrades his patients, he is a total AZZ!!!! AVOID HIM AT ALL COST take the time to google his name find out for yourself the kind of man he is... I wish I would had looked him up first
