Omg the staff are the best the team is phenomenal. The level of care is beyond and beyond the best.
Attended the program in 2012. Highly would not recommend, due to the disrespect of Donna. She as well as the program manager at the time were rude, condescending, and I called them out on their nonsense. I'm grateful that I have my rights back. I got them back when I was 25. I also got the rights back over my finances when I was 28. If you're still salty about it, too bad, so sad!! I'm 37 with a good head on my shoulders. Jealousy is an ugly quality
fire the nurse maria, she kicked the family of a patient out because there were kids visiting. the security at the front lets them in all the time and maria felt intitled that day to kick them out, even worse in front of the patient. maria made the patient get extremely upset because maria kicked the patients family out when they did absolutely nothing wrong. maria needs to triple check her place because she had no right to do that. especially infront of the patient.
worse than worse. do not sign any papers without a lawyer present, its all a trap to get you here longer. my bed had spiders in it i was bitten several times and needed to be prescribed ointment, the shower drain is broken the hallway and bathroom floods daily, people walk around in STAINED,DIRTY clothes bc they are not all the way there enough to ask for help and staff does not step up and help in any proactive ways, way overly medicated, the pill window is a 24/7 drug store for literally anything. patients wake up feeling ... read more
I was raised on Cape Cod and never heard of this facility until I came back home from a different facility that really messed me up due to sexual assault , staff not caring about what happens at all and they stole from me. After a day and half on a Greyhound. My friend picked me up and immediately brought me to Tobey hospital where I spent several days before this facility said bring him over.
