rude.act like customers are an inconvenience. ignores phone calls.
They do nice enough work. Always feel like I’m overpaying. This time they me theywould call and tell me how much it was gonna be before he put a part in. Never called. Went to pick up my vehicle and he charged more than 5x what the part was worth from any other vendor plus labor. Got mad at me when I said I was annoyed. No need to go back.
Who ever answers the phone is a jerk.
