Visited PMH today for blood work. The PMH staff were the most friendly folks I have ever met.

Went here after a displaced tibia fracture from a skiing accident and had to stay overnight. They were amazingly caring and stayed on top of all of my needs including pain management until I would be transported to a larger hospital for surgery. The staff were great. Shoutout to Caitlyn (Kaitlyn)
My friend went there with a broken wrist and hey took HOURS to look at her wrist and do something about it. They only did an X-ray and kept focusing on other things, even though the only problem was her broken wrist, which was extremely swollen. After that, the responsible doctor couldn't even tell if surgery would be necessary and told her to schedule a private consultation (remember, her wrist was BROKEN in multiple bones and extremely swollen).
