I will not rate the whole hospital as being totally useless, but I must rate Dr. Frances Duke with being totally unprofessional and having absolutely no bedside manner. "Patient" arrives at Emergency room with a piece of metal stuck in the bottom of her foot. The foot is swollen and painful and Patient has fever. Nurse asks Patient if she had a recent tetanus shot... she had not. Nurse reports to Dr. Frances Duke that patient would need tetanus shot.
