Management is extremely snotty, rude and unhelpful. Apartments themselves seem nice due to being brand new but are made very cheap and not worth the price AT ALL. No amenities, not very clean, management is never in office and location area is not the best you can also hear every neighbor around you , on top and beside you. Only one parking permit per apartment so if 2 people are on the lease or living in an apartment only one gets to park in the garage and the other on the street which was not stated to us until after we si... read more
apartment itself is nice, but mgmt isn't! not in a very safe part of town. my car was broken into and management did not want to watch camera footage of the parking garage. 10 months later and they still haven't said anything. a dog was loose in the building and attacked my cat. the owner said the dog was able to pull the door handle down by itself but when I told this to management they acted like I was lying. when I had this emergency it was very hard to get in contact with management on the weekend. was told when i first ... read more
Hope has always been amazing with us. But my reasoning for the low rating on these apartments is because it’s not properly maintained. The hallways and stairs are always dirty and never cleaned. The way to access your apartment can be inconvenient. They provide you with a key fob and if you accidentally forget it your pretty much locked out of your apartment until you wait for someone else to come in and piggy back behind of. This is wonderful apartment complex with gorgeous views and all brand new amenities. Very secure building. Hope, the property manager is courteous and professional and always so sweet towards my dog. Both Rachel and Hope were a pleasure working with and super patient when helping me choose my unit, which has really beautiful natural light - a must for me. Thank you Rachel and Hope!
