What an amazing place to live! I believe it is due to Tish M., front office employee. She is always welcoming and smiling when I see her. Tish you make my day when you greet me as I come in from work/running errands or when you wish me well as I leave to start my day. Thank you very much for being an amazing person. You are the heart of Poblana Place Apartments, and make this place feel like home!
Tish, the current manager, is amazing. She was SORELY missed for the week she was gone due to a family emergency. She’s responsive to my emails and gets the job DONE. Give this woman a raise!

A wonderful apartment complex, with stunning sunrise and sunset views. I've been here since June 2025. The complex is quiet and small, with the majority of residents being professionals and/or military who are polite neighbors. I find it to be conveniently located near Old Town & Uptown ABQ. I've been very happy the small amount of time I've been here. I think the price is very competitive given the location, space, age and appliances of the apartment. I really enjoy having a covered place to park my vehicle as well and I've felt very safe here. My room is brand new and very clean. The appliances are modern and sleek. I like that I don't have to pay extra for things like a pool or gym. Rachel was very helpful and understanding when moving in and I have had 0 issues with anything in my apartment.
