Changing my review after having lived here. Many of the 5 star reviews are from the management rewarding 5 star reviews at the time of signing the lease with some amount off on the first month. The first serious issue that my wife and I had was that management promised a parking spot per tenant. This was the selling point that made us sign our lease with Poblana Place. What an amazing place to live! I believe it is due to Tish M., front office employee. She is always welcoming and smiling when I see her. Tish you make my day when you greet me as I come in from work/running errands or when you wish me well as I leave to start my day. Thank you very much for being an amazing person. You are the heart of Poblana Place Apartments, and make this place feel like home!
Tish, the current manager, is amazing. She was SORELY missed for the week she was gone due to a family emergency. She’s responsive to my emails and gets the job DONE. Give this woman a raise!
