Dr Chu is very professional. I checked my colonoscopy here and solved liver questions here.
My request for my colonoscopy results to be sent via email was met with attitude by the front desk. Both front desk staff instructed me to write down my email and they'll send it to me later. I never received my colonoscopy results via email. I do not appreciate being lied to. I like Dr. Chu as a doctor, but the reluctance to release MY medical records to ME is frustrating.
