I'm not a fan of companies with clever or misspelled names as I wonder about their professionalism; however, Po Boyz was recommended to me, so I submitted a detailed request through their site. No response. After about a week and a half, I resubmitted it, and, again, no response. After a third contact, I did get a voicemail. I highly recommend Po Boyz Flooring for any flooring project. The customer experience far exceeded my expectations with each individual I worked with. Gary at the store location assisted me with great options to consider, Stacey was excellent coordinating all scheduling and invoicing/payment details along with options to consider, Kenny was very informative during the in person estimate, and Jay & his team did amazing work on the installation. If you’re in the market for new floors, this is the team to work with!
