Do not buy this brand. 240GB SSD purchased in 2022 with a controller failure — and I hope not NAND chip failure. Model SSD7CS900-240-RB. It failed in my wife’s laptop, which had minimal use. I have Samsung EVO SSDs from 2012 with much heavier use and no (0) issues. Never again with this brand for anything. Be aware to all customers: I’m extremely disappointed with PNY’s handling of my warranty claim for a defective RTX 4090 GPU. This is a high-end, expensive graphics card that failed while still under warranty. I followed every instruction from PNY, including carefully uninstalling and shipping the GPU only when requested by their support team.
