Be aware to all customers: I’m extremely disappointed with PNY’s handling of my warranty claim for a defective RTX 4090 GPU. This is a high-end, expensive graphics card that failed while still under warranty. I followed every instruction from PNY, including carefully uninstalling and shipping the GPU only when requested by their support team. The security officers are very nice and mannered. I was told that the load was ready, however upon arrival I was told that I would have to wait 30 minutes. Possible miscommunication with the broker and shipper. All the same everyone was very polite which is very refreshing! Keep up the good work!!

they ended up fixing the card issues without fussing even tho the circumstances were such that they could have refused warranty. got my cards fixed RMA and people were nice. corrected earlier update which i forgot to revise. my review was too vulgar for my tastes and was revised. i was frustrated over my card but in general hardware worked and was affordable.
