MY NAME WAS PLACED ON A WAITING LIST & I MADE CONTACT WITH THE OFFICE TO FIND OUT WHERE I WAS ON THE WAITING LIST, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER IN NETWORK WITH MY INSURANCE. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL AT ALL TO INFORM ME THEY ARE NO LONGER IN NETWOK. MEANWHILE I HAVE REALLY BAD KNEE PAIN I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY. THIS IS WHY I GIVE THEM A REALLY BAD REVIEW. THEIR APOLOGY FOR NOT CONTACTING ME WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNACCEPTABLE.
I've been on and off seeing Michael Huffington for several years to treat chronic lower back pain. I've been to several other PT's over the years, but Michael is a standout among the rest. First, he listens. Pain is subjective to the person, and only that person can tell you about it.
