We’ve used Lance for the last 3 years. He’s always on time and always does a good job. The clean windows look fantastic!
This is the third time weaved used PNW Services. They did a great job inside and out. Communicated well and got here on time. Extremely personable.
Unfortunately, my experience with Lance wasn’t similar to the reviews I read when deciding to hire him. First, he had to reschedule our intial appointment, which I was understanding about. He rescheduled for the day after our intial date and his wife confirmed a “bright and early” start, which I understood to be 9 am. Day of appointment, I texted when he didn’t show up at 9:00.
