I completed work for Jay and submitted my invoice on March 14. Despite multiple follow-ups by phone, email, and text, I have not received payment. He directed me to their accounting department “Heather”, left several messages, and never received a response. As a subcontractor, I cannot recommend working with this company. This company replaced our roof last fall. It took twice as long as originally quoted, but that was okay. However, the job was not finished (painting that was supposed to be done once the weather got better) and now we also have loose pieces that bang in the wind. We have left messages and sent an email -- no response; now their phone line does not go through. Assuming they went out of business and left people hanging. DO NOT recommend!

I recently decided to get a new roof. I heard good things about the company "Heritage Custome Homes and Remodels" and am very happy to have chosen them. I was informed what has to be done, including replacing 32 wooden sheets in the attic and some additional work at my chimney. So their were no additional surprising costs. Two and a half years ago I had Jay and his company put on a new roof. About 3 months after the roof was on, Jay called me and said he didn’t like how the roof was wearing. He went in the roof and noticed the granules were already coming off. There was a lot in my gutters. The roof was put on in February. We had the PABCO rep come out to the roof and look at it.
