Honestly, the people here were very friendly. They let me know up front that there would be some delay in getting my bike back since they are short staffed and had to wait on parts. However, it has now been a year since I prepaid for both parts and service and after following up several times, I get no response. They are obviously having some issues here so I cannot recommend taking your work here. I can't speak to their work since I've not seen anything.
