Absolute ‘trip’ saver! We broke down outside of town, our air compressor locked up and snapped our serpentine belt. I called ahead and Edward was so kind and squeezed us in. We got the tow to drop us off at the shop and the ball got rolling right away. The sitting area was comfy and it was easy to just sit back and wait for the work to be done. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road!!
My daughter had her lower engine cover (under the oil pan) fall down and start dragging while going past Boardman on I-84. She limped off the freeway, called Dad (me) and then made her way to PNW Auto Repair. Their guy who would work on the car was off for the day, but he came in to the shop and helped get her fixed up enough (zip ties for the win!) to make it the rest of the trip. His repair took 5 mins and then she was on her way. Great service from this shop! Would recommend.
While driving through Boardman the battery light came on in our diesel truck. We were able to get our truck checked out right away. They found a simple fix and didn’t charge us (we did leave a tip). Fast, thorough, honest, and friendly.
Was a walk in and they were able to get my truck looked at and fixed right away. Amazing service.
I don't usually write reviews but Edward went way above and beyond getting me back on the road. He worked late and part of the weekend. I was just passing through and had car trouble. He got me into his busy schedule and kept working until he solved the problem. I really trusted his knowledge, workmanship, and price. Thanks Edward.
