On a trip from Minnesota to Oregon my van blew a wheel bearing. No one would help me. I called PNW and they got me in and back on the road in 2 hours. I bought the part and was going to do it on the side of the road. PNW to the rescue. Thanks again!
Made an appointment for 9am on a Friday, and they never called. Tuesday I found out they hadn't even looked at my car yet. The next Friday, after keeping my car for a week, they were finally able to give me a quote, but not do the work for several more days. I picked up my car.
