Was a walk in and they were able to get my truck looked at and fixed right away. Amazing service.
I don't usually write reviews but Edward went way above and beyond getting me back on the road. He worked late and part of the weekend. I was just passing through and had car trouble. He got me into his busy schedule and kept working until he solved the problem. I really trusted his knowledge, workmanship, and price. Thanks Edward.
Edward is the best!!! I called 4-5 other places they either didn’t answer or couldn’t get the part for a few days. I called Edward he said bring my car in. Once I did he figured out was wrong & set a game plan to get it fixed. I felt like he truly cared and wasn’t taking advantage of me. If you need work done this is who I’d go to!!!!
I take my C6 and fleet vehicles to PNW. They do a great job and are reasonably priced. Always open and listen to your concerns on work and repairs, and will also point out anything they see that could be an issue. From maintenance to up grades to repairing or replacing old parts.
My truck broke down during a road trip, near their shop, and they answered my call on the first try. Took it in immediately off the tow truck and got right to work. Within an hour I was back on the road to my destination. The price was fair especially considering the situation. A+
