As a father, I’m extremely disappointed with how my adult daughter was treated by PNW Luxury Cars/First National Auto. She purchased a vehicle from them in January. Before buying it, an inspection found an oil-consumption-related code and noted that the engine bay appeared to have been washed down, making it difficult to check for leaks. My experience with PNW Luxury Cars/First National Auto was incredibly horrible and incredibly shady, and I strongly recommend doing your research before buying here. We purchased a vehicle from First National Auto in January. We originally dealt with Terrell, purchased from Steve, and later communicated with Ahmed. The car had a lot of problems. Volvo V90 Cross Country. It sat on the lot for 278 days. They were somewhat willing to work with me after the PPI. They adhered to 50% of the after-sales paperwork, ignoring the rest. Sales consultant Terrell always answers his cell, yet on 3/3 occasions, he did not follow up. Almost did not get a full tank of gas. Car was delivered on empty; I chose to wait for them to fill it with premium at a nearby station. Cosmetic damage on a used car. I had 1 specific vehicle in mind. They had it for a fair price. They got me approved with no problems. I paid quite a bit more after everything than the listed price but the add ones made it extremely comfortable and worth every penny. Make sure you get the xzlion package. It's a big upfront expense but with included 6 month interval treatments and interior cleanse/detail absolutely worth every penny.
