PNW Bridal and Nadya offer the best customer service. I spoke to Nadya on behalf of my daughter just to gather information on bridal shopping. Nadya offered lots of information including information on a future trunk sale. The dates weren't going to work but it was nice to know. On the last day of the trunk sale, my daughter was able to get out of work early and got an appointment. She wasn't expecting to find "the dress" but she did with Nadya's expertise and helpfulness. We had the most amazing experience at PNW Bridal today! This was my daughter’s first day trying on wedding dresses and only the second bridal shop we visited, so we truly weren’t expecting to find “the dress” yet. Her wedding isn’t until June 2027, so we thought we had plenty of time and were just beginning the process.
