Excellent experience (and I'm a dr. And dentist wimp) staff helpful and nice. Dr. Pirtle spent time to listen and explain all I needed. I was given the referrals I needed. Definitely recommend giving him a try.
Office does not know how to bill Medicare claims. They have also messed up my prescriptions several times. Always put on hold whenever I call. Dr. Pirtle is nice enough, but his office staff is very inefficient! Would look for another doctor
He took care of me when I was in the hospital. No regard to the pain or stress I was under. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. If I ever go back to UMC if he’s the Dr on the board I’m demanding someone else or leaving.
Excellent care provider for geriatric patients
Dr. Pirtle has been my primary care physician for many years. He has always been attentive and very helpful.
