I did a small project with this company. They added some exterior trim to my 4 wood windows and painted them. The workers were professional, and the final result was beautiful.
Absolutely recommend! Extraordinary experience from start to finish. We had a complex project with more than 16 windows in a 100 year old co-op building in Manhattan. Ian and the entire PNP Craftsmen team are professionals and made our old window frames look new. Great communication, decides of experience, and fantastic value for the end result. I’m very happy and highly recommend their work!
The company is very responsive to minor repairs one year after original painting to my kitchen cabinets . I called and they sent someone over .
I can’t say enough positive things about our experience getting our cabinets painted. The scheduling was easy they were so pleasant to work with and the results exceeded our expectations. Although our cabinets were in good shape the kitchen is on the north side of the house and a chest felt dark. I cook all the time and I wanted to refresh and just gave us everything we wanted if you’re considering it go right ahead !
Was prompt with the initial work, but have been having paint peeling and I reached out. Took over a month to hear back from Ian. Told me the paint didn't adhere and that he would let me know when he was back in the city to do a touch up. Well that was a month ago, and it's been over two months since I initially reached out. I've been emailing weekly for an ETA to repair the work and he's never responds. Very unhappy with the lack of communication.
