If I could give a zero I would. Their initial setup was confusing, took too long and took time away from running the business. After which we were still confused. Customer service is terrible. Before even running the first payroll we decided to go to a company that was easier to understand and they say we owe a year for payroll services that they didn’t do. This has been and is the worse prey on our new business. I would recommend staying far, far away from this company.
