My husband has not returned our kit yet . We are still working on trying to get our issue resolved. He talked to Matt at first but now Matt won't come to the phone. This is why it is so hard to support small business's. They sent us the wrong kit and say we have to pay a 25 restocking fee!. Their fault and we have to pay a fee!! I ordered a conversion kit for my generator back in May 2021. I received two kits and returned the extra kit and show it was received by PNG.. I used my credit card to pay for kit. When I received my credit card statement I had a charge for 239.00 for kit I kept, however I was charged another 503.00. I have tried to get my refund for three months with no luck. The conversion kit (Predator 9000 w/ plastic air cover) works fine. The installation instruction booklet needed more detailed instructions. There was additional information in the installation video that was not in the included instruction booklet (gasket placement), so I had to go back an watch the video for clarification. The video shows installation on a generator with the frame cut and a brace already installed from a 3rd party application.
