Today I experienced my very 1st massage with Pneuma Wellness & Spa the facility is very clean & relaxing, service was beyond what I expected 10/10 and I will be returning again.
I have been conservative with going to massage services because when I've asked for "deep tissue" I barely feel it. I ask for deep tissue because I have dense muscles that have gotten stiffer and tighter over the years. I feel my past experiences have kind of been expected (in hind-sight) because most of them are small female who just don't have the strength to hit me the right way. He’s such a calm soul, my first professional massage was a little skeptical as I’ve never experienced however he definitely set the vibe explained step by step his process. Throughout he allowed me just to relax, zone out and checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone needed to unwind and have a peace of mind. He mentioned being fully mobile now which is awesome. Will be booking future sessions and highly recommend as his vibe and aura is so pure. His hands are blessed!!
