I am torn to write this, as I am supportive of the owner and the concept of this business. However, after a year of giving them my business, I can’t do it anymore - more often than not, they no-show my appointments. It’s very frustrating to plan for it, and then have them not be opened during advertised hours and not pick up the phone. There have been times when I show up and then have had to wait 30-45 mins for someone to be called in to do my wax. I really love the massage experience at Pneuma Wellness. This is the second time I’ve gotten a massage from Marvin, and it was excellent. He asks about specific pains and works the right muscles without creating additional pain during the massage. He also takes extra time with you if you need it, and does what’s necessary for your body, for example using heated stones. Overall great experience!
I had such a wonderful experience with Marvin! He took the time to ask about my problem areas and focused on them perfectly while still giving a relaxing full-body massage. I left feeling completely refreshed and at ease. The space was calm, clean, and very inviting — the perfect place to unwind. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending Marvin to friends!
I am very big on self-care and one of the best ways I engage is through massage, so I appreciate a good massage. Marvin delivered extremely professional service. He was kind, attentive and delivered a full body massage with focus on the areas he solicited from me during his consultation. I will definitely go back. The salon was clean, smelled fresh and serene. I recommend Pneuma Wellness for a massage any day.
