Ça fait plus de 5 ans que je fais mon alignement et le changement de pneus dans ce garage, et je n’ai jamais été déçu. Le service est toujours excellent, avec un travail de qualité et des prix très compétitifs...
Ils sont aussi menteurs qu’incompétents. Deux fois ils ont essayé d’enlever les boulons de roue qu’ils avaient eux-mêmes installés, ils ont réussi seulement à bousiller les boulons et à me faire payer deux fois. Quand j’ai demandé de nouveaux boulons ils m’ont dit « on a commandé ça arrive dans deux jours on va vous appeler ». Quand j’ai dit que j’allais écrire un avis sur Google, ils ont aussi dit « d’accord je vais regarder à l’intérieur et te donner des boulons gratuitement ». Puis plus rien pendant un mois. Excellent service! The team was professional, fast, and very honest. I came in for a tire change and wheel alignment, and they did a great job. My car feels much smoother and perfectly aligned now. The garage is clean and well organized, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly. Prices were fair with no surprises.
