Misty delivers10-14 tanks of oxygen every week for my husband. She is always cheerful. Lugs the heavy 8 pack of tanks up 3 steps and keeps her uplifting attitude all the time. She is just a joy to work with and never complains. She delivers any supplies my husband requests the very next week. The few times my husband has needed to call Pneu-Med, Stephanie and Tammy were extremely helpful.
The staff is outstanding .
My first visit to get my CPAP machine was excellent. Tammy spent a lot of time with me explaining how everything worked, answering all my questions, and ensuring everything fit comfortably. Unfortunately, the process of getting replacement supplies has been very frustrating. There is no option to have things like disposable filters (which are supposed to be replaced every 2 weeks), automatically ordered, so I have to order them 2-at-a-time every month. Which wouldn't be that bad if the website ordering system actually worked... read more
