My first visit to get my CPAP machine was excellent. Tammy spent a lot of time with me explaining how everything worked, answering all my questions, and ensuring everything fit comfortably. Unfortunately, the process of getting replacement supplies has been very frustrating. There is no option to have things like disposable filters (which are supposed to be replaced every 2 weeks), automatically ordered, so I have to order them 2-at-a-time every month. The customer service at Pneu-Med is exceptional. Stuart has been extremely helpful over the phone, providing insights and answering questions, and Tammy has made several house calls to help with my machine. I worked with another machine provider before finding Pneu-Med, and while they were fine, I have been blown away with the professionalism provided by this local team. Thanks!
I was well taken care of by Tammy at Pnue-Med. She came to my house 3 times so I could continue finding a better fitting mask. She is very knowledgeable in all sleep apnea equipment and services. Very professional. But also with that personal touch. Very happy with their service.
