Seven emails back and forth to get a simple quote for wheels and still no quote. Update: Did you read her last email? It says she was looking for prices. A week ago.
Laundrault tire also known as Kal tire also known as kings Garage. Since Pascal quit the service has turned to crap. Called several times for tires no call back, had their service guy inquire and gave my # no call back, had my wife call and call no call back. I even went there to find out what the heck is going on.. recieved blank faces blame passed and offers to be called back and guess what No call back. Unprofessional, disrespectful and apathetic. Frist time using them in and emergency situation with my dump truck. Called them last minute, just before closing and they helped my driver out with no problems at all. Took payment over the phone and made it a seamless transaction! Hard to fine great service these days and they were amazing. And the cherry on top of it all, prices were great! Thank you again for your help.
