I dont know what people are talking about I love this bank
Disappointing and infuriating I hadn't had a problem for a while, and actually enjoy a few of the tellers there. However, I am infuriated by the lack of honesty in their system. I had specifically requested no overdraft protection, so there's no $300 negative buffer and the account can't go negative. They verified this for me after the incident. I found out while depositing a paycheck that I had a negative 400 balance, and couldn't even get $6 out for a pack of smokes since it all had to cover a sudden negative balance. Ther... read more
convenient location, usually no or short line, hard to get back out of parking lot though love the online bill paying service
The worst Service out here! They are not for the People and all they want to do is get you on! I had a problem, contacted customer service was assured everything would be fine and found out the next day that what I was told was incorrect and they were not going to help me in any way shape or form! They took advantage of me and my money and I would never recommend a National City ever again!
