I reopened my account on December 1, 2016. A PNC representative told me that I would receive my bank card in the mail within 2 weeks. I really needed it ASAP, but I was going to receive it before Christmas so that was fine with me. Boy was she wrong! I visited the branch where I reopened my account to withdraw some money and to get some sort of help or answers to why I haven't received my card yet on January 12, 2017.
