This company is terrible. An online process that you cannot register with. Do business elsewhere.
PNC is the most idiotic mortgage company ever! The county changed my road name so my home address changed. It's like this has never happened before and threw PNC in a quandary. I sent proof of address changed time and time again and they still couldn't get it. It took months! Finally they got it changed. Oh, so now the mortgage we owe is now going to a different address. Sending me threats of not having insurance now. My insurance company kept sending them proof of insurance multiple times, and I still would get letters sayi... read more
Shut em down, or put them through intensive retraining. Absurdly rude and unprofessional behavior.
