This bank treated me like a piece of day old garbage. I have a business for 20 years and have been using Union Bank and Trust (now Union First Market). I am very happy with Union First Market. PNC bank solicited my business with the line "try us, you will like us". I found them unresponsive and very hard to deal with. From a small business standpoint, I am looking for institutions that are friendly and fair. PNC charges unreasonable fees, they are impersonable and unfriendly. My advice: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
This Bank has the friendliest staff in the state! It reminds me of how Southern Fredericksburg once was. Everyone there is courteous and, like I said, beyond friendly! Id recomend this bank to all my friends
