I came in to open a checking account for a banking emergency I had before I traveled. Dasia took care of me and was excellent. She listened to my needs, addressed all my questions and was very personable and kind. I now don’t have to worry about traveling without access to funds and it put me at ease for my trip. My rating is not about the workers. It's about the fact that this bank doesn't actually have people in the bank who can do teller work. You have to use a machine between the lobby and outside with a a video teller. I have no problem with the idea of a video teller except that no one can see what's going on in this little extra area that has doors on either side one side to the lobby on one side to outside.
