Stick with one of the larger banks such as Chase. The only good program here is the HYSA. Trying to get your money from the automated tellers is always a fiasco. They aren’t efficient at all
3 people standing around doing nothing because they are not “tellers”. PNC now forces you to do the extra steps of dealing with a robot or calling a virtual teller because the people in the bank are useless. They have 1 robot machine so if there’s a line, good luck, you can watch 3 PNC employees do nothing but lounge on a couch. I'm about to go try and cash a check from Kay Jewlers Co. Office in Ohio. I seen a review said 2 IDs what the hell. Ii just my id in the mail that's 1. Like it has everything on that id. What a birth certificate is helpful why? I mean I have it but sounds like a way to get out of cashing checks y'all see my name if I get arrested get me out! Will go cash it and I'll pay you back lol!
