PNC keeps your interest for the month that you close your account - didn’t tell me that until it was closed and I asked where the interest was. The local branch staff are very friendly and welcoming - and want to be helpful, but their restrictions from the home office seem to prevent them from doing so efficiently. PNC policies do not feel like a good fit for this Tennessee market. Or for our family. There are better choices.

Came all the way to Murfreesboro for Jennifer Buchanan she is the best banker ever. Helps build credit and preparation for home buyers. Ask for her!
Stick with one of the larger banks such as Chase. The only good program here is the HYSA. Trying to get your money from the automated tellers is always a fiasco. They aren’t efficient at all
