I moved to Murfreesboro a year ago and this branch has been very helpful.
Worst bank I ever had . Definitely not good for business.The fees are astronomical and the service is absolutely horrible. Will be changing banks ASAP !
Compared to other banking institutions in the area, this bank/branch is subpar. Their employees lack essential customer service skills. On three separate occasions, the same three employees were standing/sitting around talking to one another with frivolous small talk, but helping assist customers with banking needs appeared to be an extremely low priority.
