just left this branch the guy in the black its about 1210 mon i asked him i was sitting in the lobby will yall come an us he said i guy walks he immediately walks up to him all brings him in his office just lied to me i walked out he never a word very rude guy.Zero stars.
IVAN GETERS was amazing, I am not sure of his exact position within the branch location, however, his customer service was SUPERB, ELITE,SUPREME. All my questions were answered, I was satisfied with all of his supportive efforts to make sure I knew how to navigate my online banking, checking /depositing and bank activities as well. From the moment I walked in the bank all the staff were extremely friendly, " the southern hospitality was in the atmosphere for sure..." My preferred bank location for now! Thank y'all. XOXO
