Update: had a quick question for Alif. He was kind and knowledgeable I worked with Abe & he was extremely thorough!
I had a very disappointing experience at PNC Bank with an employee named Alif. His attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful, and instead of assisting me with my concerns, he made the process more frustrating and insulted me. I expect a higher standard of customer service, especially from a bank that handles important financial matters. Unfortunately, this interaction left me with a very negative impression of both this branch and PNC Bank overall.
Love it I needed to open an account in a rush and I was able to get that done I'm so happy I will recommend PNC to everyone I know that looking for a bank

Worst customer service EVER. Avoid this bank at all costs. Their IRA department is behind an impenetrable wall of frustration. Good luck if you need their help beyond the very simple basics.
