I came in today to close my loan out and there was some confusion. Alexis got on the phone with the loan department and took care of everything. I will admit I was not happy when I came in, but she went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved properly. Thank you so much for handling the situation so well! Kudos!
I really enjoyed coming into this branch location today. I called 1 hour before showing up about opening an account. I was able to get an account set up and I was thoroughly informed about my account by Miss Tavianna Seidl. She was a great help and very knowledgeable. I 10/10 recommend the experience for anyone interested into opening an account with PNC. Thank you.

How this bank gets away with charging $40 to cash a certified check from PNC bank is absolutely ridiculous. They lost my business forever. I was planning on opening an account until I was forced to endure the worst banking experience ive ever had. Wish I could put zero stars
