Should be a zero star review. My wife and I were long loyal customers of FirstBank. My wife was a customer of 25 years and I was with them for 10. In 10 years I needed to call customer service 4 times and with each brief call the problem was sorted to a mutually beneficial solution. This has not been my experience with PNC. I will spare the gory details but we have had numerous problems with direct deposit, missing debit cards, activation of credit cards, and the online banking portal.
