This place cannot cash checks. Extremely disappointed in lack of service when I Google the closest location to me it said on-site services. What kind of bank can't cash a check?

Branch banker Bryan Quiroz was extremely unprofessional. I decided to give this bank a second shot after their service was horrible. As soon as I walked in I felt a passive aggressive welcome. I needed a debit card same day for important matters and he denied me. Later when I called I was told that he didn't believe me... I verified my data and provided ID! He took one look at my ID and gave it back and refused to help me. Is it because I'm Hispanic? I knew coming back was a huge mistake.
