Branch banker Bryan Quiroz was extremely unprofessional. I decided to give this bank a second shot after their service was horrible. As soon as I walked in I felt a passive aggressive welcome. I needed a debit card same day for important matters and he denied me. Later when I called I was told that he didn't believe me... I verified my data and provided ID! He took one look at my ID and gave it back and refused to help me. Is it because I'm Hispanic? I knew coming back was a huge mistake.
3rd location today I’ve been to that doesn’t have a notary, what kind of business is this?
I'm originally from Pittsburgh and have banked with them since 2003 when I moved out here in 2015 I continued to bank with them. I am now glad to see the locations showing up here. This bank has so far in all these years hasn't let me down. Go Steel City Co.
Take these off as a real bank it works way way way to slow and STRANGE!!! AI much? People are okay to do business with REAL people
