I was given a $100 counterfeit note and when I tried to deposit in another bank, they said it’s counterfeit and report it to homeland security and they won’t return the fake note. PNC bank don’t want to take responsibility and I lost $100 because a branch is incompetent in detecting counterfeit in their system. Try avoiding this branch if you could or risk yourselves with trouble.
