While we've had to jump through a few hoops initially, we really value the relationships we've built here. The staff is fantastic—someone is always actively looking for a solution whenever an issue arises.
Seriously a bunch of clowns PNC is. Their customer service is non existent. They bought my bank, I didn't seek them. Going to transfer everything to Chase Monday.
