They converted the location to all digital without counter service. They have someone there but provide no cash withdrawals. Extremely poor service. This seems to be the case with all Giant supermarket locations.

I was at the bank located in the Aspen Hill Giant store. I stood at the counter, waiting for a teller to come and offer me their service. After about 15 mins I went in to the office and asked the staff that was assisting another customer if someone else was available to help me. She said that the other person was in a meeting. I then told her, Kellyn, that he didn't look like he was in a meeting. He was standing in the back room doing whatever and occasionally would look up at me. When to do a wire transfer, minding you they charge $45 , Only was there because money gram that cost $8 had issues or western union so happens to be down also $8, minding you I have a bank account, this disgusting man had the nerve to ask me to completely remove my face covering as if, #HellNo , Closing that account ASAP! So glad I didn't get a business account with them!
