Very slow need to hire more tellers

I've been having NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH THIS BANK RECENTLY (and I've been banking there for YEARS)! The main one being...the ATM hijacked my check (I deposited it through the atm which l've done MANY times) because it didn't "recognize the signature." It's been a WHOLE PROCESS trying to get MY MONEY. Now it's supposedly in the mail...it's been a month in the "mail" and NOTHING 🤬
