Just went to the PNC branch in Nutley and the PNC app is having bugs, unable to withdraw from ATM using mobile app. I was told I could go to Alwood Road, Clifton. I ended up zelling my Valley bank, they have tellers and located in my town. I even told the gentleman working at the bank this is closer for me. I may end up closing my last account at PNC, very inconvenient. Valley is so convenient.
Employees here are very nice, with the exception at this location there are no inside tellers for cash withdrawals, ATM only. Drive thru and parking available. 🤗
Sucks!! ATM is out of service- broken and is inoperative!!
Came in with a couple of needs and was given wonderful service by Mr. Sanchez. Very accommodating and knowledgeable.
Don’t do business with this bank they are slow and dont go out of their way to help or solve problems.
