Don't know why this is listed as a bank. There are no services here except selling mortgages etc. There's no signs on outside indicating that no drive thru banking. They innacurately "confirmed" to Google maps that they have a drive thru?! Right lane of old drive through is unsafe..too tight and sharp a drive and I crashed my bumper into it causing damage to car even though I was driving relatively slow..and it goes nowhere! I have found one of the representatives here, Chris, to be extremely helpful. I was just speaking with him, and he could not have been more helpful, answering all of my questions in an above-and-beyond manner, as well as having been very kind and friendly. That kind of customer service goes an extremely long way with me, as I hope it does with everyone else he works with. Well done, it really gave me a fantastic impression of this branch.
Basically can't do anything except open accounts without deposit waste of time
Stay away from pnc if you live in Nutley. They have zero customer service or bank tellers. If your transaction consists of anything more than an ATM transaction you need to go to Clifton. My accounts will be closed as soon as I can open one in another bank
