Came in with a couple of needs and was given wonderful service by Mr. Sanchez. Very accommodating and knowledgeable.
Don’t do business with this bank they are slow and dont go out of their way to help or solve problems.
They don't do cash transactions unless at the atm. They redirect you to pnc on allwood in clifton
Don't know why this is listed as a bank. There are no services here except selling mortgages etc. There's no signs on outside indicating that no drive thru banking. They innacurately "confirmed" to Google maps that they have a drive thru?! Right lane of old drive through is unsafe..too tight and sharp a drive and I crashed my bumper into it causing damage to car even though I was driving relatively slow..and it goes nowhere! I have found one of the representatives here, Chris, to be extremely helpful. I was just speaking with him, and he could not have been more helpful, answering all of my questions in an above-and-beyond manner, as well as having been very kind and friendly. That kind of customer service goes an extremely long way with me, as I hope it does with everyone else he works with. Well done, it really gave me a fantastic impression of this branch.
