Worst bank one can have a business and/or personal account with. It's no surprise they are closing bank. Terrible customer service, nobody knows anything when you walk in person. The home office 800 number takes hours and nothing is resolved. It's outsourced to other countries call centers. Just the worst bank!!!!!

They literally stole $250 from our teenage son's checking account (through a ridiculous mistake of theirs). They finally refunded $75--as though we would call it even? Seriously? I wasted 4 hours of frustration and finally moved our money to an on-line bank. They are just awful here, except for one shining star: Shanelle (spelling?) is friendly, smart, helpful, caring--perfect! But the manager makes this village branch the worst bank in America.
