My husband went there on Friday to withdraw from our buisness account. The African American lady who was running the window and the front desk has to be the most incompetent person ever! Instead of just telling my husband that our buisness account has been temporarily closed. Everyone is very friendly. Management is easy to meet 1:1 if necessary for involved problems, needs, questions; very helpful. They are there to serve us.
The banker was courteous, helpful, explained options and helped me with a problem I had. It was greatly appreciated.
