I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. I bank with BofA, Chase, and PNC, and PNC is BY FAR the most efficient. I walked in, was approached immediately and was helped in like 5 minutes. But even if I'd had to wait like 20, I didn't have an appointment so that would've been expected? Anyway, they were knowledgable and awesome. So I'm writing this basically to counter the bad that's on here... this place is awesome.
The yogurt is great
I’m extremely pleased with the customer service at this location. MortaKai (spell check) is professional but personable. He’s full of great vibes, positive energy and great customer service as well! I think he’s my personal banker now.
Steven has helped us twice.We can never go wrong.He went above and beyond trying to assist us with our problem about losing our money.He has held more than other employees.We have dealt with 5 star service!!!
Came in to submit a document associated w my account. There was literally no other customer in the building. Was told to come back later because "we're kinda busy right now".
