Exceptional service from John and the folks at this PNC branch. As a recent arrival to Houston they made the process of setting up an account very straightforward. Great, friendly customer service
Great customer service and they resolved my issues efficiently.
First time going to this bank and will never go back. I tried cashing a check from PNC Bank at this PNC Bank location and was denied. I politely asked why they couldn't cash their own banks check and the teller told me she couldn't tell me. She was reading something on the computer and I asked again why it couldn't be cashed since it was from their bank. Again, "I'm sorry, I can't tell you" All this crap for a measly $95 check.
Fuk this bank freeze my refund for my truck not walking in y’all waiting 30mins to say thee department is closed
